A fine example of an Iron Cross 1939 Second Class; silver with a blackened semi-matte magnetic core; on loop for suspension (unmarked); with its period-original ribbon; measuring 43.95 mm x 43.32 mm; weighing 18.1 grams. Accompanied by its original paper packet of issue; measuring 96 mm x 64 mm; near extremely fine condition with slight yellowing on the frame and with a small spot of corrosion on the top left of the centre arm.
