A fine quality manufacture Schinkel Version Iron Cross 1939 Second Class; two-piece construction; silver frame and non-magnetic core; loop for suspension (unmarked); original ribbon (lightly faded); measuring 43.35 mm x 43.30 mm; weighing 17.3 grams; silver frame retains much of its original lustre, obverse core is scratched/marked up on the upper arm; otherwise near extremely fine condition.
