A certificate, measuring 246x369mm, near extremely fine condition with several minor tears. It is dated to July 20, 1936, in the year 14 of fascist rule in Italy, and declares that in Rome on May 28, 1936, by decree of Vittorio Emanuele III, King of Italy and Emperor of Ethiopia, and by the proposal of the head of government, Prime Minister and Minister for the Navy, Benito Mussolini, the following candidates are appointed lieutenants of the Royal Italian Navy: Sebastiano Reale, Ferruccio Giametta, and Narciso Trocca. The document carries two strong signatures in black ink by Mussolini and the king.
