What's a max bid?

Instituted 1909. In Gold and enamels, consisting of twenty six alternating lozenges decorated with crowned Bulgarian Lions and fleurs-de-lis, with a total length 28 cm, 43.6 grams, of fine quality manufacture, in extremely fine condition, extremely rare.
