In cupro-nickel, maker marked "SPINK LONDON" on the reverse, obverse illustrating the Brunei coat-of-arms, inscribed "BRUNEI / LONG SERVICE MEDAL" below, reverse illustrating the Secretariat Building, housing the Prime Minister's office, showing the façade with balcony and flags, measuring 35.3 mm (w) x 39.2 mm (h) inclusive of its laterally-pierced ball suspension, edge nicks, contact marks, original ribbon.
2. Medal for Service to the State (Pingat Idah Kerja Baik). Institution date unknown. In cupro-nickel, unmarked, obverse illustrating the Lapau, the traditional Royal Ceremonial building (now housing the offices of the Adat Istiadat, the Protocol Centre), inscribed "PINGAT INDAH KERJA BAIK" above and "LAPAU DIRAJA / BRUNEI" below, reverse illustrating the Dewan Majlis, the traditional Parliament Hall itself, that adjoins the Lapau (from behind the Lapau), inscribed "DEWAN MAJLIS / BRUNEI" below, measuring 32 mm (w) x 40 mm (h) inclusive of its laterally-pierced ball suspension, edge nicks, bruised, contact marks, original ribbon with pinback.
