1928-1949 Issue. A nicely toned award in silver with red, black, white, yellow, light blue, dark blue, light green and dark green enamelled insignia, mounted to an eight-pointed silver star base, marked on the reverse, measuring 88 mm x 88 mm, vertical pinback, intact enamels, contact marks on the reverse, extremely fine.
