What's a max bid?

Hardshelled design on both the lid and base, the exterior with a black lacquer finish, balsa wood frame, five gilt characters on the lid, the inside of the lid lined in white satin and padded, the base in navy blue felt with a raised platform for the award, lift-off lid design, measuring 64 mm (w) x 130 mm (h) x 28 mm (d), chipping and wear evident in the black lacquer finish on the exterior of both the lid and base, chipping in one area on the lip of the base beside the medal bed and exposing the underlying wooden frame, light soiling on the white satin on the inside lid, very fine.
