What's a max bid?

(雲麾勳章/雲麾勛章). Instituted in 1935. A very scarce and desirable seven-armed cross in silver gilt, featuring cluster of five beaded rays in each arm, superimposed by an enameled white eight-pointed star with silvered frame, as well as by an enameled blue central medallion with fluttering yellow flag and white clouds, this image is surrounded by an eight-pointed smaller arms with cluster of seven rays, the reverse is marked by typical of the Order Chinese hallmarks, along with number 894, measuring 56.41 mm x 58.32 mm, enamel chipping evident in the blue sky background, with loss of white enamel, tarnished silver, the 4 o’clock arms presents bent tips, fair.

 

Footnote: The Order of the Resplendent Banner is a military award of the Republic of China. It was instituted on June 15, 1935 and is awarded in nine grades for contributions to national security. It is also known as the Order of the Cloud and Banner.
