What's a max bid?

Fabricated from a royal blue cotton and designed with a wide fold down flap, the two narrow ends of the fold down flap joined together via black plastic buttons sewn in place at the front, Republic of China twelve-pointed sun insignia in die-stamped aluminum with red, white and blue paint, the insignia measuring 27.5 mm in diameter and affixed to the peak at the front via black threading fed through two die-holes, padded visor incorporates reinforced stitching in a repeating V-formation. The cap measures 150 mm in width x 250 mm in depth x 90 mm in height, with chipping evident in the red paint along the top edge of the Republic of China insignia, exhibiting light soiling overall.
