In silver with a gilt Imperial chrysanthemum emblem on the obverse, measuring 30.2 mm in diameter, original ribbon with hook and eye, dark patina, near mint. Accompanied by its award document, in its hardshelled case of issue, marked on the lid, lightly soiled recessed medal bed, case extremely fine.
