What's a max bid?

Upper fabricated from multiple rows of gold-coloured bullion wire, the length-wise edges trimmed on either side in red cotton and black wool, three silvered metal cherry blossom insignias affixed to the bullion wire, bronze gilt button bearing the Imperial Japanese Navy insignia at the shoulder end, underside finished with a patch in black synthetic material, with a brown leather strap emerging from it and housing a magnetic metal clip for uniform attachment, measuring 42 mm (w) x 120 mm (h) each, very light wear, near extremely fine.
