What's a max bid?

IWASHITA KOREA PENG-YANG" studio mark at the lower left, the mounting board marked with the "Y. Iwashita PING YANG KOREAN" artist's palette studio insignia on the reverse, 167 mm x 215 mm, edge nicks on the mounting board, light smudging on the reverse, the photo pristine, extremely fine.
