What's a max bid?

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

In silver with red, white and mid-tone blue enamels, number impressed "48319" on the reverse, measuring 38.5 mm (w) x 39.5 mm (h) inclusive of its integral suspension, crazing evident in the red enamels on the centrepiece ring, original ribbon with pinback, very fine.

Footnote: The Order of Military Merit was instituted on October 18, 1950. It was awarded to military personnel, for outstanding conduct during wartime or in a state of emergency, originally in four classes.
