What's a max bid?

(국민훈장國民勳章 / gugminhunjang). Instituted in 1951. Four-piece construction, insignia in silver gilt with red enamels, mounted to an eight-pointed silver gilt star base, each arm with three emanating rays, with two emanating rays between each arm, the reverse cartouche in silver with blue enamels and number impressed "3467", measuring 50.5 mm (w) x 67.2 mm (h) inclusive of its wreath suspension, intact enamels, very light contact, on its original full-length neck ribbon with large clasp closure, near extremely fine. Accompanied by its Ribbon Bar, measuring 38.5 mm (w) x 11 mm (h) with pinback and its Rosette, measuring 12 mm (w) x 8.5 mm (h) with button hole attachment, in its brown kraft paper envelope of issue, marked in black ink on the front panel. Footnote: The Order of Civil Merit was instituted on December 22, 1951 and was revised in 1967 and 1973. It is awarded by the President of South Korea for "outstanding meritorious services in the area of politics, economy, society, education, art or science in the interest of improving citizens' welfare and promoting national development", to civilian employees of the government and the military, in five grades: I Class Mungunghwa Medal, II Class Moran Medal, III Class Dongbaeg Medal, IV Class Mogryeon Medal and V Class Seogryu Medal.
