What's a max bid?

(Khödölmöriin gaviyaany ulaan tugiin odon / Хөдөлмөрийн гавьяаны улаан тугийн одон). Instituted in 1945. In silver, two piece construction, featuring laternation clusters of smooth gilt rays and white enamel rays, the obverse medallion presenting a horseback rider with agricultural symbols in green, red, blue, and yellow enamels with a large flag at 12 o’clock, the reverse presents a single screw post, numbered 839, with screw plate, measures 50.4 mm (w) x 54.0mm (h), weighs 67.5 grams, heavy gilt wear on arms, enamels intact, remains in very fine condition.
