What's a max bid?

Médaille de L'Instruction Publique, Lian Khunnawuthi Haeng Kansuksa. Instituted in 1955. Officer (Officier / Jadutaphon): in bronze gilt with blue enamels, measuring 38.5 mm (w) x 63.8 mm (h) inclusive of its integral suspension, large rosette on its original ribbon; and Knight (Chevalier / Banjamaphon): in bronze gilt with blue enamels, measuring 38.3 mm (w) x 63.2 mm (h) inclusive of its integral suspension, original ribbon. Contact marks on the reverse of both awards, near extremely fine.

 

Footnote: The Medal for Excellence in Education was instituted on February 24, 1955, for meritorious service in regard to education. It was awarded in three classes: I Class Commander, II Class Officer and III Class Knight.
