A neck badge in hollow silver, consisting of an eight armed star with scaled surfaces, with a gilt diamond shaped laurel in each quadrant, obverse centre presenting a silver gilt Thai Crown on blue enamelled background and red enamelled surround, centre reverse blue enamel central medallion with Thai script and stylized red enamelled surround, suspension consisting of a elongated and ornate Thai crown in hollow silver gilt, a thin replacement loop of metal wire goes through the tip of the crown, measuring 53.4mm (w) x 87.4mm (h – inclusive of crown suspension), weighs 39.3 grams, enamels intact, light wear to silver gilt, replacement ring as mentioned above, in overall extremely fine condition.
