In silver gilt, measuring 70mm,in J. Pinches case of issue, mint condition. Footnote: The Most Illustrious Order of the Star of Sarawak: founded by Rajah Sir Charles Vyner Brooke on 26th September 1928. The order consisted of the Sovereign, a Grand Master and three classes of ordinary members (1. Master - MSS, 2. Companion - CSS, and 3. Officer - OSS). The Order was revived by the Sarawak state government after independence on 10th July 1964, named Panglima Negara Bintang Sarawak, and expanded.
