What's a max bid?

HARNISCH F." on the obverse, measuring 40.2 mm (w) x 51.5 mm (h) inclusive of its integral suspension, dark patina, pitted, edge nicks, bruised, contact marks, on a replacement triangular ribbon with hook and eye, fine.
