What's a max bid?

A studio photograph of Crown Prince Rudolf, depicted in uniform, wearing the Order of the Golden Fleece and the Order of St. Stephen, with a photographer’s mark of “OSCAR KRAMER, WIEN”, the reverse with a handwritten inscription of “KRONPRINZ RUDOLF, 30 JAN. 1889”, affixed to a card stock backer, measuring 107 mm (w) x 162 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
