What's a max bid?

(Ehrenzeichen für Verdienste um das Rote Kreuz). Constructed of bronze with multi-coloured enamels, on loop for suspension from its period original triangular ribbon, consisting of a red and white enameled Latin Cross, with central applique bearing a red enameled Geneva Cross, surrounded by red enameled ring with motto “PATRIAE ET HUMANITATI” (“COUNTRY AND HUMANITY”), with the arms overlaid by green enameled laurel and oak leaves, the reverse with a central applique bearing red dates “1864-1914” on a white enameled background, within a ring of red enamels, hallmarked on integral ring with Diana's head and makers mark, also hallmarked with "A" on loop, measuring 36.93 mm (w) x 48.62 mm (h), weighing 22.9 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
