What's a max bid?

Austria, Imperial. A First War Cockpit Clock for Hungarian Aircraft Works, c. 1917

An onboard cockpit clock with anti-theft device built in, comprising a non-ferrous medal exterior, with central chronograph installation featuring a whet enamel dial with block numbers from 1 to 12, two thin hour and minute hands, inscribed UNGRISCHE FLUGZEUGWERKE A.G. BUDAPEST on the dial, face is covered by glass, the reverse is hollow around the exterior, with a hinged panel for dash installation featuring one large circle for the reverse of the clock and three for screws, lug on the right side for locking, measures 74.4mm (w) x 81.4 (h – inclusive of crown), weighs 138.1 grams, cracks in dial at 7 o’clock, light hairline cracks visible elsewhere on dial, scratches to exterior and reverse, clock not functioning, a scarce piece of militaria in near very fine condition.
