What's a max bid?

A badge presenting the Austro-Hungarian shield with silver branches of oak leaves decorating the left and laurel leaves along the right, with the bust of Franz Joseph I of Austria attached by two prongs to the shield, surmounted by the Austrian dual-headed crowned eagles, attached by a decorative chain to a bow-tied ribbon on a horizontal pinback, maker marked on reverse of shield with EDUARD WITTE WIEN, measuring 55 mm (w) x 150 mm (h), and in good condition.
