What's a max bid?

Your maximum bid should be the highest amount you're willing to pay for an item.

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

A circular medal constructed of silver, the obverse bears a beehive with three bees around it, with “FUR LANGJAHRIGE TREUE DIENSTE VOM BAYERISCHEN INDUSTRIELLEN VERBAND” (FOR MANY YEARS LOYAL SERVICE FROM THE BAVARIAN INDUSTRIAL ASSOCIATION) encompassed by a laurel wreath, the obverse bears a man sitting to the left holding a hammer and a woman standing at the right holding greenery, inscribed below is “EHRE DER ARBEIT” (HONOUR OF WORK), designer marked “HEINRICH WADERE” on obverse, maker marked “C. POELLATH 990”, measuring 50.38 mm (w) x 56 mm (h), weighing 53.8 g, very fine.
