What's a max bid?

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

Cap Badge: in browning copper, measuring 27.7 mm (w) x 41 mm (h), both lugs intact; and Shoulder Title, Straight Version: in browning copper, measuring 33.8 mm (w) x 10 mm (h), both lugs intact. Extremely fine.

Footnote: The headquarters on mobilization was Valcartier, Quebec. The Battalion sailed October 3, 1914 with a strength of 33 officers and 1,083 men under the command of Lieutenant-Colonel F.D. Farquhar, DSO.
