What's a max bid?

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

In pickled brass, measuring 41.3 mm (w) x 44.5 mm (h), both lugs intact but pinched, contact marks, surface wear evident on the lion's face and on both fleur-de-lis, better than very fine.

Footnote: The Battalion was raised in Quebec with mobilization headquarters at Quebec City, Quebec under the authority of G.O. 63, June 15, 1917. The Battalion sailed October 16, 1917 under the command of Lieutenant-Colonel P.E. Blondin with a strength of 16 officers and 215 other ranks. In England, the Battalion was absorbed into the 10th Reserve Battalion, It was disbanded on September 15, 1920.
