What's a max bid?

In copper, unmarked, measuring 51.8 mm (w) x 68 mm (h), both lugs and pin intact, greening evident in two locations on the ribbon banner, light surface wear overall, better than very fine.

 

Footnote: This badge is listed on page 67 of "Canadian Militia Badges Pre 1914" by Daniel Mazeas (MM.38.). The Black Watch (Royal Highland Regiment) of Canada is a reserve infantry regiment in 34 Canadian Brigade Group, 2nd Canadian Division, of the Canadian Army. It originated in Montreal, Canada East, as the 5th Battalion Volunteer Militia Rifles, Canada on January 31, 1862. It was later re-designated as the 5th Regiment "Royal Scots of Canada" on May 8, 1900, then re-designated as the Royal Highlanders of Canada on March 29, 1920 and re-designated as the Black Watch (Royal Highland Regiment) of Canada July 1, 1935.
