Constructed of silvered bronze with enamels, the obverse consisting of a pair of wings with detailed feathering, topped by a red enameled five-pointed star, with a central crossed hammer and wrench on top of machinery, the reverse with a screw and backplate, maker marked “МОНЕТНЫЙ ДВОР” for the State Mint, measuring 56.30 mm (w) x 35.79 mm (h), some loss of finish evident, in overall near extremely fine condition.
