In bronze, measuring 30.3 mm in diameter, fine scratches evident on both sides, original ribbon with hook and eye, better than very fine.

Footnote: The medal was instituted by Imperial Edict on June 17, 1921, to acknowledge those who participated and assisted in the first national Japanese census that began on October 1, 1920.
