WWI US Air Service Pilot Wing, Dallas Type, by BB&B - Here is a beautiful World War I United States Air Service pilot wing, so called “Dallas” style, unmarked, but this type of wing is attributed to famous US jewelers Bailey, Banks & Biddle. The wing is finely detailed in sterling silver while the US at the center of its shield is in gold; measures approximately 3 ¾ inches x 1 inch (82mmx24mm); left tip of the wing is broken off, beautiful old patina, this wing is in worn condition, with nice padded backing, in overall very fine condition. Very scarce. (USBM137)
