(Luftwaffe Schützenschnur). A Luftwaffe Marksmanship Lanyard, Grade II, consisting of stamped aluminum shield in the form of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, overlaid by a Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, affixed with all four reverse attachment prongs to a cored constructed of dark grey threading interspersed with silver aluminum wire, with each end completing in a loop for uniform attachment, with a single silvered shell affixed to one end of the cord, unmarked, the shield measuring 42.32 mm (w) x 51.02 mm (h), the cord measuring 440 mm in length, with minor wear evident to both the shield and cord, in overall near extremely fine condition.
