Constructed of red wool, the exterior trimmed along both the top and bottom edges with machine-embroidered black tresses, with a central white rayon disc measuring 85 mm in diameter, overlaid by a machine-embroidered black rayon mobile swastika, the interior retaining a fully-intact Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) cloth label with a code of “21/37”, measuring 200 mm (w) x 125 mm (h), with minor material fatigue evident, in overall near extremely fine condition.
