4. Signals Badge with Two Lightning Bolts (in silvered and gilt bronze, measuring 51.5 mm (w) x 52.3 mm (h), all three prongs intact); 

5. Exemplary Pilot Badge (in silvered and gilt bronze, measuring 63 mm (w) x 40.5 mm (h),  all three prongs intact); 

6. CSSR Civilian Pilot Badge (in bronze gilt, maker marked "ZUKOV PRAHA7" on the reverse, measuring 71.8 mm (w) x 41.7 mm (h), screwback).
