A mint example of a RAD (Reichsarbeitsdienst/National Labour Service) leader’s belt buckle; in cast aluminum; the obverse with a standard RAD motif consisting of a spade depicting a mobile swastika superimposed in the center, surrounded by five stalks of wheat along the edge of the buckle; the reverse with double-claw prongs and catch; measuring 48 mm in diameter; in mint condition
