A set of SS-Totenkopfverbände collar tabs, second pattern, each constructed of black wool with a buckram core and trimmed with interwoven silver aluminum wire and black threaded piping, one tab bearing a machine-embroidered silver aluminum wire Totenkopf, the reverse with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) tag with an illegible maker’s code and serial number of “049699”, measuring 40 mm (w) x 55 mm (l), the other tab bearing a single silver aluminum wire tresse bisected by black threading, indicating a rank of Sturmmann, measuring 40 mm (w) x 55 mm (l), in near extremely fine condition.
