A patriotic sweetheart pin constructed from a gilded piece of an artillery shell driving band, presenting an imperial crown and oak leaf branches, reverse presents the inscription ERINNERUNG AN DEN WELTKRIEG 1914-16, horizontal pinback, measuring 38.69 mm (w) x 13.07 mm (h), and in very fine condition. A patriotic sweetheart pin constructed from a gilded piece of an artillery shell driving band, presenting the letters LILLE and the dates 1914, -15, and -16, horizontal pinback, measuring 45.42 mm (w) x 12.08 mm (h), and in very fine condition.
