Germany, Imperial. A Wound Badge, Black Grade, (Verwundetenabzeichen in Schwarze). Constructed of blackened magnetic metal, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel wreath, joined together at the bottom by a bowtie ribbon, with a central Stahlhelm overlaid by a mobile swastika, the reverse with a vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 38.90 mm (w) x 43.93 mm (h), weighing 12.7 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
An Army Wound Badge in Black Document, on cream coloured paper, to Hermann Labisch. The document is dated 2 February 1937, stamped and signed. Presenting three folding creases, slight creasing, discolouration and scuffing. With two holes punched at the left side. The reverse is taped in ten places.Measuring 210 mm (w) x 149 mm (h), very fine.
