Germany, NSFK. A 1939 NSFK Bad Kissingen Shooting Competition Medal

(Korpsschießen des NS-Fliegerkorps Bad Kissingen Teilnehmerplakette). Constructed of silvered tombak, the obverse bearing a central NSFK insignia, topped by dates of “8: 10. 4. 1939”, circumscribed by an inscription of “KORPSSCHIEßEN DES NS-FLIEGERKORPS BAD KISSINGEN”, the reverse with a raised and finely-detailed depiction of soldiers advancing over grassy ground, unmarked, measuring 40.02 mm in diameter, 24.3 grams, minor loss of finish evident, in overall near extremely fine condition.
