(Abzeichen und Insignien). A lot of seven badges and insignia, including a Black Grade Wound Badges, constructed of blackened bronze, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel leaf wreath, with a central Stahlhelm overlaid by a mobile swastika, on top of crossed swords on a pebbled field, the reverse with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 36.38 mm (w) x 44.89 mm (h), weighing 13.5 grams, oxidation and loss of finish is evident throughout and a piece of the wreath is missing near the 11 o’clock position of the reverse, in poor condition; a Kriegsmarine EM/NCO’s tropical breast eagle, constructed of brown brown rayon, the obverse bearing a machine-embroidered golden-brown Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 138 mm (w) x 58 mm (h), in unissued and extremely fine condition; a 1st Fallschirm-Panzer Division EM/NCO’s cap eagle, constructed of black wool, the obverse bearing a machine-embroidered silver-grey Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 75 mm (w) x 45 mm (h), in extremely fine condition; a German Labour Front (DAF) badge, constructed of bronze with enamels, horizontal pinback, the reverse bearing an unidentified maker’s mark, measuring 25 mm (w) x 35 mm (h), in very fine condition, and; a German Shooting Association badge, constructed of bronze with multi-coloured enamels, vertical pinback, unmarked, measuring 30 mm (w) x 45 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
