Germany, Wehrmacht. A Panzer Badge, Bronze Grade, by Steinhauer & Lück

(Panzerkampfabzeichen in Bronze). Constructed of bronzed zink, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, topped by a Heer-style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, overlaid by a central Panzer IV on grassy ground, with its left tread extending beyond the wreath, the reverse with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a flat wire catch, unmarked but with the physical characteristics of manufacture by Steinhauer & Lück, Lüdenscheid, measuring 42.18 mm (w) x 60.22 mm (h), weighing 33.3 grams, most of the bronze finish has been lost, in overall near extremely fine condition.
