A mixed lot of badges and insignia, including a Luftwaffe visor cap eagle, constructed of silvered zink, the reverse retaining both attachment prongs, unmarked, measuring 70 mm (w) x 40 mm (h), with oxidation and loss of finish evident, in overall very fine condition; a Luftwaffe collar tab gull insignia, constructed of aluminum, the reverse retaining both attachment prongs, unmarked, measuring 30 mm (w) x 12 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition; a Civil Gliding Class B Proficiency Badge, cloth version, constructed of dark grey wool, the obverse bearing machine-embroidered silver aluminum wire insignia, unmarked, measuring 47 mm in diameter, in near extremely fine condition; a Civil Gliding Class B Proficiency Badge, constructed of bronze with multi-coloured enamels, boutonniere style, the reverse stamped with number “72347”, measuring 22 mm in diameter, with some chipping of enamels evident, in overall fair condition, and; an unidentified Gliding Proficiency Badge, constructed of bronze with multi-coloured enamels, boutonniere style, the reverse stamped with number “6334”, measuring 16 mm in diameter, in very fine condition.
