A rare Order of the Flying Angel, constructed of gilded bronze with multi-coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a seven-pointed radiant star, with the rays bearing cut glass gems, overlaid by a central seven-pointed blue enameled star, in turn bearing an angel in mid-flight, set within a green enameled ring bearing stylized gilt Cyrillic inscriptions of “МИР - ЧЕСТЬ - ДОБРО - ВЕРА” (“PEACE - HONOUR - GOODNESS - FAITH”), topped by a gilt and enameled royal crown, the reverse with seven visible rivets securing the obverse features in place and with a central stabilizing clip, inset with a central silvered metal medallion bearing a Cyrillic inscription of “ОРДЕН ЛЕТЯЩЕГО АНГЕЛА” (“ORDER OF THE FLYING ANGEL”), circumscribed by a mark of МЕЖДУНАРОДНЫЙ МОНАРХИЧЕСКИЙ ДВОР (“INTERNATIONAL MONARCHICAL COURT”), stamped with an issue number of “009”, measuring 79.75 mm (w) x 87.44 mm (h), weighing 139 grams, with minor flecking of enamels evident, in overall extremely fine condition.
