Germany, DDAC. A German Automobile Club Member’s Vehicle Pennant

Constructed of a heavy white cotton twill base, featuring a double-sided motif consisting of a dyed black, white, and red Nordic Cross, with each side bearing a central German Automobile Club (DDAC) insignia consisting of a DDAC-style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika within a red ring, in turn set within dual black oval rings, the hoist edge is reinforced with an additional cotton twill layer and bears a functional magnetic metal spring clip and a non-magnetic metal loop, unmarked, measuring 335 mm (l) x 185 mm (h), soiling is evident to both sides in additional to oxidation of the clip, in overall very fine condition.
