A lot of six private wartime photographs, including a studio portrait depicting a highly-decorated Heer Major, in uniform and wearing a 1914 Iron Cross II Class ribbon with a 1939 Clasp to the Iron Cross II Class, a 1939 Iron Cross I Class, an Infantry Assault Badge, and a Black Grade Wound Badge, in addition to a ribbon bar, the reverse bearing a handwritten dedication with postwar dating “17. 2. 45 - 2. 10. 46.”, measuring 90 mm (w) xn 140 mm (h), with some soiling evident to the obverse, in overall better than very fine condition; a studio portrait of a HJ Officer, with uniform and and insignia clearly visible, stamped with an illegible studio mark and printed on Agfa paper, the reverse unspoiled, measuring 86 mm (w) x 132 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition; a group photo of five Heer Enlisted/NCO personnel in tropical uniforms, the reverse bearing a handwritten inscription indicating that the photo was taken in Athens, printed on Leonar paper, measuring 140 mm (w) x 90 mm (h), in extremely fine condition; one depicting a NCO in tropical uniform in the field, unmarked, printed on Agfa paper, measuring 140 mm (w) x 90 mm (h), in extremely fine condition; one depicting a group of four Heer Enlisted/NCO personnel wearing M43 caps, one decorated with a General Assault Badge, 1939 Iron Cross I Class, Black Grade Wound Badge, and Sudetenland Medal, the reverse unspoiled, measuring 135 mm (w) x 86 mm (h), in extremely fine condition, and; one depicting a Heer Gebirgsjäger with an unidentified civilian, printed on Agfa-Brovira paper, unmarked, measuring 115 mm (w) x 90 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
