A complete and matching set of Heer Medical Oberleutnant uniform insignia, including a pair of collar tabs each constructed of a dark green wool base with a buckram core and bearing dual machine-embroidered silver aluminum insignia bisected by dark blue threaded bands, both unmarked and measuring 45 mm (w) x 70 mm (l), with minor material fatigue evident to the wire, in overall near extremely fine condition, and; a pair of shoulder boards, each constructed of cardboard-reinforced blue wool, bearing four bands of silver aluminum wire piping, and pinned with silvered Medical cyphers and a single gilded rank pip, the reverse of each with an integrated wool strap, both unmarked and measuring 30 mm (w) x 98 mm (l), with minor material fatigue evident to the wire, in overall near extremely fine condition.
