Five-piece construction, gilt propeller fronting a silvered bronze eagle, with a sequin placed behind the eagle's head, on a red enamelled circle, mounted to a wings base in silvered bronze with a gilt Franco crown, unmarked, measuring 91.5 mm (w) x 38.3 mm (h), metal support plate with swing locking fixture secured to the lugs, intact enamels, scattered silvering wear, light contact overall, better than very fine.
