Constructed of 14 karat Gold with enamels, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Pattée with white enameled arms, the obverse bearing a central white enameled medallion overlaid by a hand-painted Hohenzollern-style imperial eagle, the reverse bearing a central white enameled medallion overlaid by a gilt monogram of King Friedrich Wilhelm II, unmarked, measuring 38.50 mm (w) x 42.50 mm (h), weighing 13.5 grams, in extremely fine condition.
