Constructed of bronze, the obverse bearing a raised Stahlhelm, within a ribbed ring bearing an inscription of “FRONT HEIL” with oak leaf branches, the reverse with two visible rivets securing the obverse applique in place, with swivel attachment claws, unmarked, measuring 62 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
