Bulgaria, Kingdom. A National Order for Civil Merit, IV Class Officer

(ОРДЕНЪ ЗА ГРАЖДАНСКА ЗАСЛУГА). Instituted in 1891. Type II with Imperial Crown (1909-1944). In bronze gilt with red, white and green enamels, marked with a star on the ring, measuring 47.5 mm (w) x 75.8 mm (h) inclusive of its crown suspension, chipping evident in the white enamels on the tip of the arm at 12 o'clock on the reverse, large rosette on its original triangular ribbon with hook and eye, better than very fine. In its hardshelled case of issue, Imperial crown with the name of the order in Bulgarian on the lid, black felt recessed medal bed, wear evident on the exterior, case very fine.
