(ОРДЕНЪ ЗА ГРАЖДАНСКА ЗАСЛУГА). Instituted in 1891. Type II with Imperial Crown (1909-1944). In bronze gilt with red, white and green enamels, measuring 55 mm (w) x 87.5 mm (h) inclusive of its crown suspension, intact enamels, on a full-length neck ribbon, extremely fine. In its hardshelled case of issue, cypher of Tsar Boris III (reign: October 3, 1918 - August 28, 1943) on the lid, black felt recessed medal bed, wear evident on the exterior, case fine.
